TALKS BY DEREK WARWICK

TALKS BY DEREK WARWICK

A public event with Derek Warwick at Brooklands on August 15 was a sell-out. The man himself declared it “a fantastic evening, a full house and a great audience”, and afterwards signed and dedicated copies of his book Never Look Back.

Two other public appearances are in Derek’s diary, with tickets for both events offering the option of buying his book at a special advance price.

On Friday, September 20 he will be at the Silverstone Museum, a highly appropriate venue in view of his long-time links with the circuit, including as past president of the British Racing Drivers’ Club and as a leading light in the BRDC’s ‘Rising Stars’ and ‘Super Stars’ programmes for promising young British drivers. Tickets can be booked at https://www.silverstonemuseum.co.uk/whats-on/events/an-evening-with-derek-warwick/. Cost is £20 (without book) or £60 (with book), including museum access, a welcome drink and snacks.

On Friday, October 11 Derek will be at Gasoline Juice, the quirky venue not far from Silverstone that’s become a go-to destination for all car nuts. Tickets for this evening event are available at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/an-evening-with-derek-warwick-tickets-1006440529717. Prices are £30 (without book) or £70 (with book), with access to all of Gasoline Juice’s other attractions.
